MOSCOW, Aug 24 (PRIME) -- Chief of the Russian Presidential Directorate for Social Projects Sergei Novikov can join the boards of directors of Rambler Internet Holding and online cinema Okko, according to President Vladimir Putin’s decree released on Tuesday on the official portal of legal information.
“To permit the head of the Presidential Directorate for Social Projects of the Russian Federation Novikov S.G. to participate on a free basis in the activities of the board of directors of limited liability company Rambler Internet Holding and the board of directors of limited liability company Okko,” the document read.
Rambler Internet Holding and Okko are both parts of group SberEntertainment, which unites entertainment assets of ecosystem Sber.
